Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) defeated Mumbai Indians (MI) by 10 wickets. Went into the playoffs and knocked the Kolkata Knight Riders out of the tournament. Batting after losing the toss in the Sharjah match, Mumbai had given a target of 150 runs. In response, Hyderabad scored 151 runs in 17.1 overs without losing any wicket. Mumbai Indians player Kieron Pollard (41) and Suryakumar Yadav (36) scored 149 runs, losing 8 wickets. Hyderabad team achieved the target in 17.1 overs without losing any wickets on the basis of David Warner (not out 85) and Wriddhiman Saha (not out 58). Hyderabad has 14 points to win this match and have made it to the playoffs, beating Kolkata on the basis of net run rate. Kolkata also had 14 points. Four teams (Mumbai Indians, Delhi Capitals and Royce Challengers Bangalore Sunrisers Hyderabad) were finalized for the playoffs. Now on November 5, Mumbai and Delhi will be face to face in Qualifier-1 in Dubai. The winning team will get straight into the final.
