DC has Confirmed their Place in the Playoffs, DC Beat RCB by 6 Wickets

Delhi Capitals (DC) has confirmed their place in the playoffs by defeating Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 6 wickets. The match was played at Abu Dhabi. With the win, Delhi qualified for the play-offs to move up to second place in the points table. Now on November 5, they will face Mumbai Indians in Qualifier-1. Even though Royal Challengers Bangalore failed to win, Bangalore still managed to make it to the play-offs and is ranked No.3.
After winning the toss, Delhi decided to bowl first and after losing the toss, Bangalore gave a target of 153 runs. In response, Delhi won the match by scoring 154 runs for 4 wickets in 19 overs. In addition to the half-century of opener Devdutt Padikkal (50), Bangalore's team could score 152 runs for seven wickets despite excellent innings by AB de Villiers (35) and Captain Virat Kohli (29).
Delhi players Shikhar Dhawan played a valuable innings of 54 from 41 balls and Ajinkya Rahane scored 60 runs in 46 balls. Nortje took three wickets for 33 runs, while Rabada took two for 30. Ravichandran Ashwin took one wicket while bowling for 18 runs.
Bangalore has win seven out of 14 matches and lost in seven matches. Delhi have won eight of their 14 matches and lost six. Bangalore is at number three in the points table with 14 points, while Delhi is at second place with 16 points.
